Chelsea want to sign more teenage talent, with the Ligue 1 duo of Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouadi and Metz striker Brian Madjo now on their wish list.
18-year old Bouadi has already become established at Lille, and is also being closely watched by Manchester United, as well as several other top European clubs. It may come down to which environment he believes would be the most beneficial for him, and where first-team opportunities could be offered to him sooner.
Madjo, who is two years younger, but Chelsea believe that he has the potential to develop into a top class player in the future.
Neither is believed to be ready for the first-team at Stamford Bridge yet, so, if they do succeed in signing them, then they are likely to be loaned to sister club Strasbourg to enable them to get more experience in a league they already know well.
