England forward Jesse Lingard is open to the idea of leaving Manchester United, with both Roma and Atlético Madrid interested in signing him.
The 27 year old has had a poor season so far, scoring just 2 goals and providing one assist in 32 appearances, with well documented off-the-field issues affecting his form.
His lack of consistency has aroused the ire of a section of the United fan base, and he has been abused heavily on social media by a small group of supporters. That has made his consider his long-term future at the club, despite his manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wanting him to stay.
Lingard, who is under contract until 2021, with the option for a further year, had another disappointing performance on Saturday night against Wolves in the Premier League, frequently giving the ball away until he was substituted off in the 65th minute by a frustrated Solskjaer.
