Forest are willing to cover the player’s wages, and will also tempt Arsenal with a bonus in order to allow him to move to the City Ground for the following campaign.
The 26 year old has been vocal about his frustrations at the Emirates, and a move to Forest could also further his long-term England ambitions, which have been blighted by his demotion at club level.
