Barcelona may have agreed to sign Andreas Christensen on a free transfer from Chelsea.

The Catalans must first set or get rid of some existing players before they can add any to their squad.

However, their financial situation remains precarious, and they need to move some existing talent off their wage bill before they are able to implement their summer plans.
Two more Chelsea defenders – César Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso – are also being linked with a move to the Nou Camp, but it appears a number of pieces on the board will have to shift to make those moves possible.
