The links between Arsenal and Hungarian midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai continue, but now comes news that they are trying to work out a financing plan.
That would see them pay his release clause of £22.5 million in three instalments, rather than pay the money all at once because the Gunners are currently cash strapped.
A number of clubs are reported to be interested in signing him, with Real Madrid, AC Milan and Bayern Munich are considering bids for him, with Red Bull Salzburg admitting that the player could leave the club in the New Year.
Szoboszlai has only just turned 20-years old, but has scored five goals in 13 appearances so far this season and provided 13 assists, and he recently scored the injury-time winner against Iceland that booked Hungary’s place in the European Championships next summer.
He is regarded as a potential solution to Arsenal’s creative problems in midfield.
