Despite being heavily linked with them in recent weeks, Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is not interested in joining Chelsea this summer.
The Nigerian’s future is still undecided, although it seems certain that he will leave the Serie A club before the transfer window.
Reports had emerged suggested that Chelsea would take him on loan for the season, with an option to buy, and, at the same time, Romelu Lukaku would head to Napoli.
It has emerged, however, that the player himself is not excited at all by the prospect of moving to Stamford Bridge, especially as there is no Champions League football instead.
And whilst there have been suggestions that Arsenal may also be interested in him, that is at variance with remarks from Mikel Arteta that fans should not expect another mega-style Declan Rice transfer in the next few weeks.
Instead, as had always seemed likely, PSG is his most likely destination, with personal terms already agreed with the French champions, who have a Kylian Mbappé sized hole to fill.
