Dele Alli is set to be the latest Tottenham Hotspur star ready to commit his long-term future to be the club, as he is ready to sign a new deal worth £100,000 a week.
The news, as reported by The Evening Standard, comes hard on the heels of Harry Kane agreeing a new six-year deal last Friday, and manager Mauricio Pochettino committing to the club until 2023. Spurs are also looking to tie Christian Eriksen, Jan Vertonghen, Eric Dier, Son Heung-Min and Kieran Tripper to long-term deals as well before the start of next season.
His new contract will see Ali, who currently earns £60,000 a week, land a significant pay rise, with the midfielder likely to see his weekly wage move closer to the £100,000 mark.
22-year old Alli joined Tottenham as an 18-year old from Milton Keynes Dons in February 2015, and has made 146 appearances for the club in all competitions, scored 46 goals.
