Both Chelsea and Tottenham are set to compete for teenage striker Sani Suleiman.
The 19-year old is currently playing for Slovak club AS Trenčín, although he himself is Nigerian, and he has three caps for his country at under-20 level.
Suleiman is regarded as being good with both feet, quick, creative and technically skilled.
Both clubs need reinforcements in forward areas, and regard Suleiman as one for the future, although it would be a big step up for him from playing in Slovak football to competing in the Premier League, despite that being an exciting prospect from his viewpoint.
Chelsea’s intent, though, has been demonstrated by the fact that they have already made enquiries about his availability, and could move for him as early as January. Trenčín, though, regard him as a valuable asset, which means they are unlikely to let the teenager leave without at least getting decent compensation for him.
