Chelsea are set to sign young another South American young talent in the form of 17 year old left back Denner Alves Evangelista Pereira.
He is the cousin of Arsenal’s Brazilian international defender Gabriel Magalhaes.
The teenager has spent his entire career with Corinthians, but he has yet to feature for their senior side. Instead, he has amassed five goal involvements in 18 appearances for their under-20 side.
He has recently been called up by Brazil at under-17 level for the first time, and is expected to feature in the South American under-17 championships, which begin later this month.
He will move to London to join his new club in the summer of 2026, once his 18th birthday has passed, because FIFA regulations do not allow him to leave South America before then.
Chelsea are set to pay ₤12.4 million, which includes add-ons, to bring him to West London.
