Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign defender Mamadou Sarr from sister club Strasbourg.

The 19 year old will move to Stamford Bridge for a fee of ₤11.9 million.

This is the first permanent transfer between Strasbourg and Chelsea, under the BlueCo umbrella which was set up by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital in their nascent steps towards a multi-club ownership model.

Chelsea are also set to offer a contract to 16n year-old Daxtan Satpaev, a 16 year old Kazakh striker, after a successful trial period at their Cobham training ground, and who is set to join their academy system.
