The summer transfer window has been slow to get going this year, in large part due to the fact that the Euros and Copa América coincided with the start of that.
However, with both tournaments now over, clubs will be eager to make up for lost time, and one problem that Arsenal face is what to do with Aaron Ramsdale.

He has made it clear, though, that he does not want to spend another season playing second fiddle to David Raya, and now newly promoted Southampton could be ready to offer him a way out of the Emirates.
A year ago he was named the Premier League goalkeeper of the season, but after losing his place ot the Spaniard, his value has dropped.
Whether Southampton would be able to pay a transfer fee and the wages that go on top of that is questionable – they are not among the wealthier clubs in the league – but a loan move might suit all parties and give Ramsdale the fresh start most Arsenal fans would feel he deserves.
