West Ham are winning the race to sign Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham.

Aston Villa, the club he helped gain promotion back to the Premier League three seasons ago when he was on loan with the West Midlands club were keen on a permanent deal for the England international, and there were suggestions they were in advanced talks over a £36 million deal.

Now, though, West Ham looked to have moved to the top of the queue, with David Moyes’ side looking to bring in a new striker as they prepare for European football in the Europa League.
