Arsenal are interested in signing Dan Bentley from Wolves.

The Gunners are in the market for a back-up goalkeeper. Aaron Ramsdale is expected to leave the club, whilst Karl Hein, whilst he has now agreed a new deal at the club, will likely leave on loan.

Bentley, who is 30 years old, represents an experienced option, and he has previously worked with Arsenal goalkeeping coach Inaki Cana during their time at Brentford together.

He began his career with Southend United, and then spells with Brentford and Bristol City followed.

Last year he joined Wolves on a free transfer, and has made five senior appearances for them in all competitions. Although he is behind Jose Sá in the pecking order at Molineux.

If he does move to the Emirates, he will know that David Raya is ahead of him the Spaniard having made his loan move from Brentford permanent earlier this month.
