Arsenal ready to sell half a dozen players

Arsenal are ready to sell half a dozen players this summer as they look to raise additional funds in the transfer market.

The Gunners have become notorious for being poor sellers in recent years, but, with several academy players among those who could be heading for the exit doors, they are hoping to change that reputation.

Among those deemed surplus to requirements for example are Eddie Nketiah, and Emile Smith-Rowe, both of whom are struggling for first-team minutes, but who would be of interest to a number of other clubs in the league and abroad.

Aaron Ramsdale too is expected to depart, desperate to revive his England ambitions elsewhere, whilst three players currently on loan elsewhere – Kieren Tierney, Albert “Sambi” Lokonga, and Nuno Taveres are also headed for the exit door.
