Arsenal youngster Charles Sagoe Jr will spend the second half of the season on loan in the Championship with Swansea City.
Sagoe Jr. who is being monitored by several clubs, is the only academy player to have made a first team appearance this season for the Gunners, starting the League Cup tie against Brentford back in September.
He has also made the bench several other times, without making it on to the field.
The 19 year old has inevitably drawn comparisons with Bukayo Saka, given that they both play in the same position, although he has yet to have the same impact.
And with the Gunners only now involved in the Premier League and Champions League this season, it is recognised that, if he stays at the Emirates, his chances of more senior football are very small.
Instead, a move to South Wales will see him hook up with another young Gunner, in the form of midfielder Charlie Pattino, who is already on loan with the Championship club.
