West Ham are interested in signing Chelsea striker Armando Broja before the end of the January window.
The Hammers are looking to strengthen their attacking options for the second half of the season, especially with Danny Ings being linked with a move to Wolves.
Broja has been with Chelsea since he was a boy, but has struggled to establish himself in the first tesm, with injuries having impeded his progress.
In the 35 matches he has played for the club he has only ever scored three goals, the most recent coming against Preston in the FA Cup.
And, with the club consistently linked with a big named striker able to score on a regular basis in the Premier League, there is a growing acceptance that Broja’s time at the club may be up.
He is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2028, and the club value him currently at ₤30 million.
