Manchester United are the latest club linked with a move for Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah, who seems set to leave Stamford Bridge when the January transfer window opens.
The 24 year old is currently injured, but, even when fully fit, he is not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans.
He came close to joining Bayern Munich in the summer, but, in the end, a fee between the two clubs could not be agreed.
Bayern are now managed by Thomas Tuchel, the man who have Chalobah his first-team break, and they are expected to try again in January, with Borussia Dortmund and Everton also monitoring developments.
But now United could be ready to enter the fray, as they look to add youth and versatility to the defensive options.
