Jurrien Timber’s Quinten could be set to join him at the Emirates.
Jurrien joined the Gunners from Ajax in a £40 million deal, and impressed in pre-season.
Unfortunately, on his Premier League debut against Nottingham Forest on the opening day of the season, he picked up the ACL injury that has ruled him out for the rest of the campaign.
He is back in the Netherlands recuperating currently.
His brother Quinten, who is 22 and also a full-back, plays for Ajax’s great rivals Feyenoord, and has been watched by a number of Premier League clubs, Manchester United among them, as well as Tottenham and Manchester City.
However, Arsenal scouts have also been watching him, and are reported to have been impressed with his process.
And they are hoping, if Timber has to choose between several Premier League suitors, the fact that his brother is already at the Emirates will give them an edge.
