Burnley are expected to make a new offer to Chelsea in order to sign full-back Ian Maatsen.
The Dutchman was on loan at the Lancashire club last season, where he played a full role as they returned to the Premier League after just one season in the Championship, going up as champions under manager Vincent Kompany.
They have already submitted one offer for him for £15 million, but that was rejected by the West London club.
It is reported that they are looking for a figure of closer to £20 million for the 21 year old, who they signed as a youth player from PSV Eindhoven.
He is currently on tour with Chelsea in the USA, where he scored two goals in their opening friendly with Wrexham in North Carolina.
Despite that, he is widely expected to leave the club this summer, with Chelsea already more than adequately stocked in the left back position.
