Brighton are one of the clubs eyeing a move for Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun.
The striker who enjoyed a breakout season playing for Reims in Ligue 1 last season on loan, is currently on tour with the Arsenal squad in the US.
However, his future remains in some considerable doubt, with the player previously indicating that he was not interested in another loan move, whilst it is difficult to see him displacing Gabriel Jesus as the starting striker for the Gunners in place of Gabriel Jesus.
However, the South Coast side face considerable competition for the 22 year old. Reports in Italy suggest that Inter Milan, having failed to sign Romelu Lukaku on a permanent basis, are about ot table a bid for him.
Crystal Palace and West Ham are also in the hunt, although the bad blood between the two clubs after the Declan Rice transfer, may preclude the Hammers from the race.
