AC Milan are once more interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
They had begun talks over a move for him back in May, but they were shelved after they sacked Technical Director Paolo Maldini.
However, negotiations have resumed, and it now seems likely a matter of fee.
Chelsea are holding out for £20 million for the England international, whilst Milan value him close to £15 million.
There is confidence, though, on both sides that a deal can be done.
Loftus-Cheek has only got 12 months left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, and the club have already informed him they are happy to see him leave, with him not part of the new regime under Mauricio Pochettino.
He now sets to join the Chelsea exodus with N’Golo Kanté and Kalidou Koulibaly already gone, and both Matteo Kovacić and Kai Havertz effectively out of the door.
