Chelsea have turned down a bid of £30 million from Brighton for defender Levi Colwill.
The 20-year old spent last season on loan at the Amex Stadium, making 17 Premier League appearances for Brighton and helping them qualify for Europe for the first time in their history.
He has also established himself in the England under-21 team, and many consider it only a matter of time before he graduates to the full squad under Gareth Southgate.
Whilst he has enjoyed his time on the South Coast, Chelsea insist that he is not for sale, with Mauricio Pochettino regarding him as part of his future plans.
Colwill has never played a senior game for Chelsea, He spent the 2021/22 season on loan in the Championship with Huddersfield Town, helping them reach the play-off finals.
He is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2025, so there is no pressure on Chelsea to accept any bid for him.
