Sadio Mané is set to return to the Premier League with Chelsea.
The Senegal international left Liverpool for Bayern Munich last summer, but the move has not worked out for either club or player.
In an injury affected season, which saw him forced to miss the World Cup, he has scored just 12 timews in 36 appearances in all competitions.
There have also been problems with team-mates.
Last month he was suspended and fined by the club after a row with Leroy Sané following their Champions League defeat to Manchester City in the Champions League, with reports that he punched the winger in a dressing-room bust-up.
A return to the Premier League where he enjoyed so much success with Liverpool, and, before that, on a lesser scale with Southampton now looks on the cards, with talks with Chelsea reported to be progressing positively.
Mané may now be 31 years old, but he remains an elite player, and, for a club that has struggled to score goals all season, he should add more potency to their attack.
