Arsenal are tracking Wolfsburg defender Ridle Baku.
The 24 year olds performances in the Bundesliga this season has attracted the attention of a number of European clubs, with the Gunners reported to be one of them.
They are looking to strengthen in the right-back area this summer, with concerns over the ability of Japanese international Takehiro Tomiyasu to stay fit, and believed Baku could provide competition and back-up to Ben White.
Baku, by contrast, rarely misses games, and, as a former winger, he has the necessary attacking qualities that Arsenal are looking for in all their full-backs. He has already scored five goals this season, and provided one assist in 26 league games.
He is currently valued at around £11 million, but with him being under contract until 2025, it could take more than that to prise him away, with his current club under no immediate pressure to sell him.
