Arsenal right-back Cedric Soares is set to move to Fulham on loan for the rest of the season.
The Portuguese international finds himself third-choice at the Emirates behind Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu and is deemed surplus to requirements, having played just 119 minutes in all competitions during the current campaign.
However, the Premier League rule that states a club can only have two players on loan from another English side at any one time will need that Fulham will have to adjust their squas to accommodate him.
Shane Duffy is with them at the moment from Brighton, and Dan James from Leeds United, both on loan.
It is thought either they will try and make the Duffy move permanent, or decide to send James back to the South Yorkshire club.
