Hakim Ziyech may have been one of the better players on the pitch in Chelsea’s disappointing goalless draw with Liverpool at the weekend.
But that may be one of his last appearances for the club, with several stories linking him with a move before the closure of the January window.
One is that the Blues want to swap him for Barcelona’s Franck Kessie, who has struggled for game time since his move to the Nou Camp.
Another is that Everton want to bring him in as they look to mount a second half to the season battle against relegation. Current Toffees’ boss Frank Lampard signed Ziyech when he was in charge of Chelsea.
And then there is the possibility of a move to Serie A and Roma, with the team managed by Jose Mourinho possibly lining him up as a replacement for Nicolo Zaniol0, who is being linked with a January move to several clubs, including Tottenham.
