Chelsea have emerged às the favourites to sign Youssoufa Moussoka next summer.
The 18 year old German was the youngest player to represent his country at the FIFA World Cuo in Qatar and is tipped to have a big future in the game.
He currently plays for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga, but is out of contract next summer, and, although talks have been held over a nee deal, the sides remain far apart when it comes to terms.
