Arsenal are considering sending Brazilian winger Marquinhos on loan in January.
The teenager was signed from São Paolo in the summer, and is regarded as one for the future, although he has already made an impact at the Emirates, scoring on his first-team debut in the Europa League against FC Zurich.
However, he has been cautioned by the club’s Technical Director, Edu, that he needs to be patient for mope opportunities, and it is felt that a loan move now may be best for his long-term development if it means him playing regular football.
Any move may be dependent though on the club bringing in cover for Bukayo Saka on the right wing, with concerns about his work load, and his risk from injury as one of the most fouled players in the Premier League.
