AC Milan are ready to make a move for Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech.
The 29 year old, who was Frank Lampard’s first signing as manager has struggled to male an impression at Stamford Bridge since joining from Ajax and, towards the end of last season, found himself on the periphery of the first-team under Thomas Tuchel.
That has led him to become frustrated and disenchanted with his lot, and now the Serie A champions may be ready to offer him a way out.
Initial indications are that he could be headed to Italy on loan, with any deal including an option to buy.
The Moroccan international is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2025, and was part of the Chelsea squad that won the Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup, and the Club World Cup in 2021.
He could become Milan’s first addition of this summer transfer window.
