Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans.
The 25 year old has been heavily linked with a move to North London recently, although the trail had gone a little cold with the Gunners focusing on other targets.
The Gunners are prepared to pay up to £32 million for Tielemans to his current club Leicester City. He has a year left on his current contract at the King Power Stadium, but has already informed the Foxes that he is not prepared to sign a new deal with them.
The Belgian believes that he has gone as far as he can with the Midlands club and it is time to move to the next level of his career.
He initially moved to Leicester on loan from Monaco before making the move permanent, and has scored 24 goals and provided 24 assists in 158 appearances for them.
Among his goals was the long range strike that won them the FA Cup final against Chelsea in 2021.
