Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has decided that he wants to join Arsenal.
Although a host pf other clubs have been linked with the Brazilian, including Chelsea and Tottenham, he favours a move to the Emirates for two reasons.
In the first place, it gives him the opportunity to be reunited with Mikel Arteta, a man he knows well from their days at City together.
As important is the fact that, he knows if he comes to Arsenal he will be the main striker, something that is important to him as he looks to press his claims for inclusion in the Brazil World Cup squad later this year.
Arsenal have made no secret of the fact that Jesus is their preferred option as they look to strengthen their attack this summer, with Jesus valued not only for his ability to put the ball in the net, but because he has proved to be one of the best pressing strikers in the Premier League.
