Reports in Spain are linking Arsenal with a move for Barcelona keeper Neto.
The Spanish club faced with continued financial problems are looking to trim their squad, and have deemed second choice keeper Neto surplus to requirements.
The Gunners are close to selling their own number two, Bernd Leno, and although US international Matt Turner is set to arrive in North London shortly, they are rumoured to want a more experienced back-up to Aaron Ramsdale.
However, the Gunners are only interested in a loan deal for Neto, and the Catalans may even have to subsidise part of his wages if they want to push the deal through.
Brazilian Neto is keen to leave because he wants to play regular football next season. And whilst he may not get many Premier League minutes with the Gunners, there will be Europa League and cup competitions next season as well.
