Arsenal have completed their first summer signing in the form of teenage Brazilian winger Marquinhos.
The 19-year old will arrive in North London for pre-season training, although it is expected that he will be sent out on loan next season.
Wolves had consulted a Brazilian lawyer after it was reported that he had signed a pre-contract agreement with them, and a number of other clubs were interested in signing him, but now he has agreed to sign a five year deal at the Emirates,
Marquinhos broke into the Sao Paolo side last year and has made 41 appearances for them, mainly from the bench, but they were forced to sell him for around £3 million after the contract he had signed with them was declared invalid.
