There is growing interest in Chelsea star Mason Mount, with some of their biggest Premier League rivals set to make a move for him.
Although regarded as one of the brightest talents at the club, Mount is currently one of the lowest paid first-team players at Stamford Bridge.
He ahs two years left on his current deal with the West London club but, due to the sanctions currently imposed on the team, they are unable to even discuss a new contract with him.
And that means that others are ready to exploit the situation and make a move for him, with a number of European clubs also monitoring developments closely.
With right-back Reece James also potentially the subject of transfer bids from Manchester City and Real Madrid once the transfer window opens, Chelsea could face a real battle to keep hold of some of their home grown talent, irrespective of who will be the new owners.
