Both Leeds United and Brighton want to sign Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah.
The 22-year old striker is coming to the end of his current contract and will be available as a free agent in the summer.
The record goalscorer for England at under-21 level, Nketiah has never quite made the breakthrough at the Emirates and has failed to score for them in the Premier League this campaign, although most of his appearances have been as a substitute.
He did find the net in the EFL Cup though, earlier this season, Leeds being one of the clubs he scored against.
Nketiah is not unfamiliarwith Elland Road either – he spent half a season on loan with Leeds when the where in the Championship under Marcelo Bielsa, scoring five goals in 19 appearances for the South Yorkshire club.
There is also likely to be interest in him from abroad, with several German clubs monitoring his situation.
