Arsenal are once again being linked with Brazilian midfielder Danilo.
The Palmeiras player, who has been described as the next N’Golo Kanté, is also being tracked by AC, Milan, Juventus and Benfica, and will be available in the summer for a fee of around £13 million.
He recently starred for the Brazilian side in the Club World Championship final against Chelsea, and, at just 20 years old, fits the age profile of talent that the Gunners are now looking to recruit.
He signed for Palmeiras initially on loan from PFC Cajazeiras in 2018, before his stay was made permanent two years later, and he has since gone on to make 93 appearances in all competitions, and has become one of the first men on the team sheet every week.
The Gunners have a good record of developing Brazilian talent, with Gabriel already part oof the senior international squad, and he has now been joined in that set-up by striker Gabriel Martinelli, who has just received his first senior call-up.
