Arsenal could attempt to re-sign former player Serge Gnabry in the summer.
The German international is out of contract with Bayern Munich in 2023, and, so far, has not indicated that he is willing to continue his stay with the German champions, with the two sides currently some way apart in terms of his salary expectations.
Gnabry despite having the Gunners in 2017 for Werder Bremen saw has an affiliation with the North London side and was recently pictured on his social media site wearing a retro Arsenal shirt.
Since departing the Emirates, he has become a full German international, with 20 goals in 31 appearances for the national side.
He is currently valued at £63 million by the German side, but, if they cannot agree terms with him, may have to reduce that price if they decide to sell him before the start of next season.
