Arsenal are one of several Premier League clubs monitoring the situation of Marcus Rashford who is reported to be considering his future at Manchester United.
Once tipped as the man most likely to break Wayne Rooney’s scoring record at Old Trafford, it has been a difficult season for the 24-year old who underwent shoulder surgery last summer, but has struggled since returning to fitness.
Rashford has not scored in the league since netting an injury-time winner against West Ham in January, and has started only two of the last eleven games in the Premier League.
He came off the bench for the Manchester derby on Sunday, but his performance was roundly criticised by pundits and former players for a perceived lack of effort.
Newcastle and West Ham are also tracking his situation, whilst Atlético Madrid have registered their interest.
His current contract with United expires in 2023, but they have the option of a further year.
