London rivals tracking Feyenoord star

Both Chelsea and Arsenal are tracking Feyenoord star Orkun Kökçu.

The Turkish international has come to the forefront this season, both for club and country, scoring 5 goals and providing six assists in 33 appearances in all competitions, primarily regarded as a central midfielder, he also has the ability to play in the number ten role as well, with fine technical skills aligned with the ability to break the opposition lines.

He is also a dead ball specialist and fine shooter from long range.

The 21-year old is valued at £50 million by the Dutch club, who is also a potential target for Leeds United as well.

Kökçu was born in Haarlem and  played for the Netherlands at both under 18 and under-19 level. However, he qualifies to play for Turkey through his parent and switched his international allegiance. He has since made eight appearances for their senior side, scoring once.
