Napoli’s Victor Osenhem is the latest striker linked with a summer move to Arsenal.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang having left the club, and Alexander Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah out of contract, striker is a priority for the Gunners in the summer transfer window.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin of Everton and Real Sociedad’s have both been associated with moves to the Emirates, but now Osenhem is also being considered.
The Nigerian international joined the Serie A club from Lille in 2020 and has gone on to score 20 goals for them in 47 appearances.
Suspension and injury has impeded his progress this season, but he has still scored 10 goals, averaging one every 115 minutes.
Napoli paid Lille £60 million for the 23-year-old and, as a minimum, will be looking to recoup that fee. Arsenal though know that any striker they are considering will come with a hefty price tag.
