Arsenal have rejected a third bid from Crystal Palace for striker Eddie Nketiah.
The 22-year old is out of contract in the summer, and has turned down the offer of a new deal at the Emirates because he is looking for guarantees of regular first-team football.
The South London side had previously attempted to sign him last summer and, again, earlier this month.
His contract situation means that he is available to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club and Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen are reported to be watching developments closely.
New castle United also could offer competition for the forward, as they look to add numbers to their squad in their bid to avoid relegation
Now Palace have a decision to make – do they go back with a fourth offer that is attractive enough for Arsenal to accept before Monday night’s deadline – or are they just ready to risk losing the chance to sign him altogether.
