Arsenal are in pole position to sign winger Dejan Kulusevski in January.
That is according to reports in Italy which suggest that they have edged ahead of North London rivals in the race to sign the Swedish international.
His current club Juventus are prepared to sell him, with his game time limited since Ma Allegri took over as manager at the start of the season. They wanted to offer him in part exchange for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahović, who has also been linked with a move to North London.
However, their Serie rivals are not interested in such a move and are only prepared to listen to offers for Vlahović from foreign clubs, as they did not want to strengthen a domestic rival by selling them a player wanted by all the top sides in Europe.
Kulusevski has played 68 times for Juventus, during whi8hc time he has scored 8 goals and provided 9 assists, and is valued at £35 million.
