The reports linking Juventus winger Dejan Kulusevski with a January move to Arsenal continue to appear.
Some section of the Italian media have already suggested that the Gunners Director of Football, Edu, flew to Italy last week for talks with the Turin club, trying to negotiate an initial loan move, with an option to buy next summer.
Juventus are reported to value the 21-year old at £30 million, but they could sell him for as little as £22 million as they look to raise funds to buy Dusan Vlahohić, the Fiorentina striker who remains a target for both Arsenal and Tottenham, although the player is reported to prefer to stay in Italy.
If Kulusevski does sign for the Gunners it could signal an end to the Arsenal career of Nicolas Pépé who has been out of favour recently until Mikel Arteta, before making a late cameo appearance in the home win over Southampton in the Premier League last weekend.
