Chelsea are willing to sell the first signing of the Frank Lampard era Hakim Ziyech.
He was the first man that the club was able to buy after the end of their FIFA transfer signing in February 2020, although he did not arrive at the club until that summer.
However, the Moroccan international has struggled to make an impression at Stamford Bridge. And his return of eight goals and five assists in 49 appearances for the club has been underwhelming, for somebody who had such a glowing reputation when he played with Ajax.
He was part of the squad that won the Champions League last season, but there isa growing acceptance on both sides that the move has not panned out as planned. Ziyech is thought to be already eyeing a move away from the club where he earns £100,000 a week, and it is reported Chelsea will not stand in his way.
He is under contract until 2025.
