Danish international has told Chelsea fans not to worry about his future, despite the current impasse over a new deal at the club.
He is out of contract in the summer, and, although he has indicated that he is willing to stray at the club, talks have stalled over the terms and the length of new deal currently on the table.
The Dane has become regular under Thomas Tuchel and it is believed that he has been offered a wage increase to £120,000 a week.
A deal appeared to be in place for a new five year deal, only for the player’s representatives demand this be reduced to three years at the last minute.
As things stand, the Dane, who is currently away on international duty with his country, can open talks with foreign clubs in January, and could even sign a pre-contract agreement with them.
Chelsea are hoping a suitable compromise can be agreed before then.
