Former midfielder Santi Cazorla has been linked with a return to Arsenal in a coaching role.
He is the latest ex-Gunner tipped to find a role at the club, with Jack Wilshere, without a club currently, training with the side and doing his coaching badges at London Colney, whist David Seaman is doing some work with the goalkeepers.
Cazorla never got a chance to say his farewell to the Arsenal fans properly, with the leg injury that almost ended his career meaning that his time at the Emirates was cut short.
However, he has since revived his career with Villareal and is currently playing in Qatar with Al Sadd, but, at 36 years old, is already planning for his career after his playing career is over.
And one option is a return to the club for whom he won two FA Cups, and scored 29 goals in 180 appearances, and where he remains popular with the club’s supporters.
