The final price which Arsenal will receive for Greek defender Dinos Mavropanos has been revealed.
Signed from Greek side PAS Giannina when Sven Mislintat was the transfer guru at the Emirates, he made eight senior appearances for the Gunners, but a string of injuries hampered his progress at the Emirates.
He then joined Bundesliga 2 side FC Nürnbeg on loan for the 2019-2020 campaign, before being reunited with Mislintat at Stuttgart, where he is now Technical Director, last campaign.
His loan period with Stuttgart was renewed in the summer, but this time with an obligatory option to buy at the end of the season, although if the club are relegated they can waive the option.
.Provided though they avoid that fate, which seems given that they are 12th in the table going into the international defender, then the German club must pay the Gunners £2.5 million for the 23-year old.
