Chelsea are ready to make another attempt to sign Italian Euros winner Federico Chiesa.
In the summer they tried to sign him, but, instead, he left Fiorentina to join Juventus on a two-year loan deal that is set to become permanent once that initial period is over.
However, undeterred by that, the West London club are ready to make another bid to sign him next summer.
Manchester City and Liverpool have also been previously linked with the winger, but Chelsea were the keenest and, according to some reports, were prepared to pay £100 million for his signature.
Any potential deal Is complicated by the fact that Juventus would first have to buy him out of his contract, before selling him on for a profit.
Whether Max Allegri’s side are willing to part with him is another question entirely, and he is seen as integral to their future plans. However, the chance to double their money may force them to reconsider.
