Kurt Zouma is expected to leave Chelsea this summer.
He has been at Stamford Bridge since 2014, although his time at the club has included loan spells away at Stoke and Everton.
However, the French international finds himself down the pecking order under Thomas Tuchel, and is now looking for a fresh start and the opportunity to play regular first-team football.
Already potential suitors are starting to line-up, wit Wolves the first to show their hand, although Zouma is reported to have declined their advances. Tottenham and Everton are among the other English clubs monitoring his situation.
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho, now in charge of Roma, is also keen on him, but due to the Italian club’s strained finances, is looking for a loan move than a permanent deal.
Last season, Zouma started 15 of Chelsea’s 17 Premier League matches under Frank Lampard, but fell out of favour under his successor.
