AC Milan are willing to meet Chelsea’s asking price to make the transfer of Fikayo Tomori into a permanent deal.
The 23-year old England international joined the Serie A side on loan from Stamford Bridge in January and has made 19 appearances in all competitions for the Rossoneri.
On Sunday, he scored his first goal for the club, heading in a free kick, as his side secured an impressive win away at Juventus, enabling Milan to leapfrog the Italian champions and move above them into a Champions League spot with three games to go.
When Tomori made the move an option was included in the agreement to make the move full-time for £25 million and now Stefano Pioli, has made it clear that he s interested in exercising it.
Chelsea are unlikely to stand in his way. Although he was a regular at derby under Frank Lampard and followed him to Chelsea, he had lost his place even before the move to Italy and would appear to have no future under Thomas Tuchel.
